What you want:

1 can peas, tired
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can coconut milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
four teaspoons curry powder
4 teaspoons garam masala
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
1 half teaspoons cayenne pepper

In a huge non-stick pan, warmth vegetable oil over medium heat then cook garlic and onion for 5 minutes or until softened. Add ginger, curry powder, garam masala, cumin, salt and cayenne pepper and stir for some other 2 minutes. Stir in potatoes, garbanzo beans, peas and tomatoes.
